Quintrese Henderson, known as Quinn, is a well-traveled native New Yorker drawn to inner cities and urban communities, despite their high poverty rates. She connects deeply with these areas due to her upbringing in the Bronx and her ability to empathize with their dreams of living comfortably.

Since 2009, Quinn has been purchasing properties, but in 2019, after her father's passing, she launched The Henderson Legacy to make a difference in neglected cities.
